1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") apply to all services provided by pk19 through the website located at pk19.app and any associated mobile applications or platforms (collectively, the "Platform"). By accessing, browsing, registering on, or using the pk19 Platform in any manner, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full and that you agree to be legally bound by them.

These Terms should be read alongside our Privacy Policy and our Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated into these Terms by reference and form part of the overall agreement between you and pk19.

pk19 reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. We will make reasonable efforts to notify registered players of material changes via email or an on-platform notification. Continued use of the Platform following any update constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Eligibility & Age Restriction

In addition to the age requirement, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria to open and maintain a pk19 account:

• You are at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the Platform.
• You are legally capable of entering into binding contracts under the laws applicable to you.
• You are not a resident of any jurisdiction where online gambling is specifically prohibited by local law, and you access the Platform entirely at your own risk and legal responsibility.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, director, or officer of pk19 or any of its affiliated entities, nor an immediate family member of such a person.
• You have not previously been self-excluded from pk19 or had a pk19 account permanently closed for Terms violations.
• You are accessing the Platform using your own identity and for your own personal, non-commercial use.

pk19 reserves the right to request proof of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation will result in suspension or permanent closure of your account. Any winnings generated during a period of ineligibility — including underage play — will be voided and forfeited.

3. Account Registration & KYC

3.1 Registration

To participate in real-money gaming on pk19, you must complete the account registration process in full and provide accurate, truthful information at all times. You are required to provide your full legal name (as it appears on your Pakistani CNIC), date of birth, a valid email address, and a Pakistani mobile number. You must create a unique and secure password for your pk19 account.

Only one account is permitted per person, per household, and per device. Registration of multiple accounts — whether under the same or different identity — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in permanent closure of all associated accounts, forfeiture of all balances and bonuses, and a permanent ban from the Platform.

3.2 Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

pk19 is required under its international gaming licence to conduct mandatory identity verification (commonly referred to as "KYC") for all accounts before real-money withdrawals are permitted and when certain deposit thresholds are reached. KYC verification is also triggered by risk and compliance assessments conducted by pk19's compliance team.

To complete KYC verification, you will typically be required to provide:

• A clear photographic copy of your valid Pakistani CNIC (both sides).
• Proof of address dated within the last three months (utility bill, bank statement, or similar official document bearing your full name and address).
• Proof of payment method (screenshot or statement confirming ownership of the JazzCash, EasyPaisa, or bank account used for deposits).
• Additional documentation as requested by pk19's compliance team in specific circumstances.

pk19 will process KYC documents within 3–5 business days of receipt. Withdrawals will be held pending successful verification. Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your pk19 login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. pk19 will never ask for your password via email, phone, or live chat. You must notify pk19 support immediately if you believe your account has been accessed by an unauthorised third party. pk19 accepts no liability for losses resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Deposits

pk19 accepts deposits in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) via the following payment methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, Raast, 1LINK interbank transfer, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, and Cash OTC. All deposits must originate from a payment method that is registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts — including those belonging to family members — are strictly prohibited and will trigger a compliance review.

Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed at the point of transaction. pk19 does not charge deposit fees, though your mobile wallet provider or bank may apply their own charges. Deposits are typically credited to your pk19 PKR wallet within seconds for JazzCash and EasyPaisa, and within one business day for bank transfers.

4.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests may only be made to payment methods that match those used for deposits and that are registered in the same name as the pk19 account. You must complete KYC verification before your first withdrawal can be processed. Withdrawals are typically processed within the same business day for fully verified accounts, subject to compliance checks.

pk19 reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence checks on withdrawal requests, which may temporarily delay processing. Players will be notified of any such delays. Withdrawals requested to JazzCash or EasyPaisa wallets are generally the fastest, while bank transfers may take 1–3 business days.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

pk19 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players, including welcome bonuses, free bet credits, reload bonuses, PSL season promotions, and cashback offers. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, as well as any specific terms attached to individual promotions:

• Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they can be converted to withdrawable cash. The applicable wagering multiplier for each bonus is stated clearly in the specific promotion's terms and conditions. Failure to meet wagering requirements within the stated timeframe will result in the bonus and associated winnings being removed from your account.
• One Bonus Per Player: Unless otherwise stated, each player is entitled to claim each specific bonus offer only once. Claiming the same bonus multiple times using different accounts or payment methods is strictly prohibited.
• Game Contribution: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100%, while table games such as roulette and blackjack may contribute a lower percentage. Full contribution rates are listed in each specific promotion's terms.
• Maximum Bet Restriction: While bonus funds are active, a maximum bet limit per round or per spin applies. Placing bets that exceed the stated maximum while bonus funds are active will result in the voiding of the bonus and any associated winnings.
• Expiry: All bonuses expire within a fixed timeframe from the date of issue or first deposit, as stated in the individual promotion terms. Expired bonus funds are automatically removed.

pk19 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or permanently withdraw any bonus or promotional offer at any time. We also reserve the right to reclaim bonus funds and reverse associated winnings where there is evidence of bonus abuse, exploitation of software errors, or collusion.

6. Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets and wagers placed on pk19 are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant sport, market, or game type. These rules are published within the relevant sections of the Platform and should be reviewed before placing any bet or wager.

The following general betting rules apply across all pk19 markets and games:

• Once a bet is confirmed and accepted by the pk19 system, it cannot be modified or cancelled by the player except where a Cash Out option is explicitly made available.
• All cricket and PSL betting markets are settled in accordance with official match results as determined by the relevant governing body (PCB, ICC, etc.). pk19 reserves the right to void markets in the event of abandoned or incomplete matches, in line with our specific sport-by-sport rules.
• pk19 uses a certified Random Number Generator (RNG) for all electronic casino and slot games. All game outcomes are independently tested and certified for fairness by accredited third-party auditing agencies.
• In the event of a dispute regarding a game result or bet settlement, pk19's decision — following a full review — is final and binding.
• pk19 reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet at our sole discretion where we have reasonable grounds to believe the bet was placed in error, using insider information, or in violation of these Terms.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply across all markets and games. These limits are displayed at the point of placing a bet.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the pk19 Platform. Engaging in any of these activities will result in immediate account suspension or permanent termination, forfeiture of balances and bonuses, and may result in referral to relevant legal or regulatory authorities:

• Registering or attempting to register more than one account.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC.
• Using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age.
• Accessing the Platform using a VPN, proxy, or any other method to circumvent geographic or technical restrictions.
• Engaging in any form of match-fixing, insider betting, or exploitation of non-public information in connection with any bet placed on pk19.
• Colluding with other players at live casino tables or in any other gaming environment to gain an unfair advantage.
• Using automated bots, scripts, or software to interact with the Platform or gain any advantage over other players or the Platform itself.
• Deliberately exploiting software bugs, technical errors, or display errors to generate winnings. Any winnings generated through exploitation of an obvious error will be void.
• Engaging in or facilitating money laundering or any other illegal financial activity through the Platform.
• Depositing funds from third-party payment accounts not registered in your own name.
• Engaging in any conduct that is abusive, threatening, or harassing towards pk19 staff or other players.

8. Responsible Gaming

pk19 is committed to promoting safe and responsible gambling for all players across Pakistan. We recognise that for a small number of people, gambling can become problematic. Our Responsible Gaming programme is designed to provide players with the tools, information, and support needed to keep gaming enjoyable and within healthy limits.

The following Responsible Gaming tools are available to all registered pk19 players directly from the account dashboard:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits. Increases to limits require a mandatory cooling-off period before taking effect.
• Session Time Reminders: Set alerts to notify you when you have been playing for a specified duration.
• Loss Limits: Cap the maximum amount you can lose within a defined period.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Temporarily suspend your account for a period of your choosing (24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, or 90 days).
• Permanent Self-Exclusion: Permanently close your pk19 account with no possibility of reactivation. Self-exclusion takes effect immediately upon request.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the pk19 Platform — including but not limited to software, game interfaces, graphics, logos, trademarks, text, audio, video, data compilations, and the overall look and feel of the Platform — is the exclusive intellectual property of pk19 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable international intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for your own personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, publicly display, or create derivative works from any pk19 content without our prior written consent. Any unauthorised use of pk19's intellectual property will result in immediate account termination and may give rise to legal action.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, pk19 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of — or inability to use — the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of gaming sessions, or service interruptions.

pk19 makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the uninterrupted or error-free operation of the Platform. While we strive to ensure maximum uptime and platform stability, we cannot guarantee that the Platform will always be accessible or free from technical issues. Scheduled maintenance windows and emergency outages may occur from time to time.

pk19's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with their use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 12-month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11. Privacy & Data Protection

pk19 collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By accepting these Terms, you also accept the terms of our Privacy Policy in full.

In summary, pk19 collects personal data including your name, CNIC details, contact information, and transaction history for the purposes of account management, KYC compliance, fraud prevention, and regulatory obligations. We do not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. All data is stored with SSL 256-bit encryption on secured servers.

12. Amendments to These Terms

pk19 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify registered players via email and/or a prominent notice on the Platform at least 7 days before the changes take effect, unless immediate implementation is required by law or our licensing authority.

It is your responsibility to review the Terms periodically. The most current version of the Terms will always be available on this page. Your continued use of the Platform after any amendment has taken effect constitutes your full acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept any amendment, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure.

13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which pk19 holds its international gaming licence. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall first be submitted to pk19's internal dispute resolution process.

If you are not satisfied with the outcome of pk19's internal dispute resolution process, you may escalate the matter to the relevant independent dispute resolution body designated by our licensing authority.

These Terms do not affect any statutory rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws in your country of residence.
